At TESLARATI Marketplace, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the item is free from signs of wear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
